Technician Appreciation Week

At Pliler International, during the week of September 22-28 2024, we were proud to celebrate the fifth annual National Technician Appreciation Week (NTAW). This was a time to recognize the hard work, dedication, and expertise of our incredible technicians, who are the backbone of our service department. Their commitment to keeping our customers on the road is invaluable, and their skills are what ensure that trucks stay safe, reliable, and efficient.

The work our technicians do goes far beyond turning wrenches. They troubleshoot complex issues, perform preventive maintenance, and tackle major repairs to keep our fleet in top condition. It’s a demanding and vital career, and we’re proud to have such a talented team here at Pliler International.

Celebrating Our Team

Throughout the week, we took the time to highlight our technicians through social media shoutouts thank you messages displayed in our lunchrooms and break areas. It was about simply taking a moment to recognize their efforts during the workday and showing our appreciation.

To cap off the week, we grilled out and hung out to relax a bit after another week of hard work. We also like to treat our technicians with some special giveaways. In addition to a handful of gift cards, we were excited to give away a new griddle grill to one lucky winner which was fitting during our nice afternoon cookout. We know that each member of our service crew plays a critical role in our success, and we want to ensure they feel valued for all they do.

So, a huge thank you to each of our Pliler International technicians for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. We couldn’t do what we do without them. We’ll continue celebrating their contributions and look forward to more milestones together!

Encouraging Future Technicians

As we celebrate our current team, we also look toward the future. National Technician Appreciation Week isn’t just about recognizing today’s professionals – it’s also about inspiring the next generation.
