Feasts, Fellowship, and Meaningful Awards
The holiday season is always a special time at Pliler International, and this year was no exception. We gathered our teams from both the Longview and Shreveport locations for our much-anticipated annual Christmas lunches, creating an opportunity to celebrate not only the season but also the incredible dedication of our employees.
In Longview, we enjoyed barbecue from the one and only Country Tavern. Over in Shreveport, Taylor’s Catering & Restaurant treated us to their famous comfort soul food. It’s always a great time to bring the teams together to share some good food and laughs.
This year’s celebrations were made even more memorable as we took the time to recognize and honor a number of significant work anniversaries among our team members. From those marking 5 years of service to an extraordinary 50-year milestone, it was a privilege to celebrate the loyalty and dedication that drive our success every day.
To commemorate these milestones, we presented custom awards tailored to each employee’s role and contribution:
Crystal Tower Perpetual Awards: These elegant trophies were given to team members in parts, service, and office roles, symbolizing the enduring impact of their work.
Custom Engraved Wrenches: For our skilled mechanics and technicians, we designed personalized wrenches—a practical and heartfelt tribute to their hands-on expertise and commitment in the shop.
