Navistar, Inc. has announced a significant rebranding, adopting the new name International Motors, LLC (“International”), effective October 1. This change is accompanied by a refreshed logo and a distinct visual identity, reflecting a shift in strategy as the company transitions to becoming a comprehensive solutions provider. The move emphasizes the power of the International brand in delivering a more seamless and cohesive customer experience.

The rebranding marks a new phase for the company, with a focus on providing more than just trucks and buses. International is shifting toward offering comprehensive solutions that simplify the customer journey. While producing high-quality vehicles remains at the heart of what they do, the company’s portfolio now expands to include services such as parts, maintenance, financing, connectivity, and charging infrastructure.

“After more than 120 years, we’re returning to our roots as International,” said Tobias Glitterstam, chief strategy and transformation officer. “International represents determination, partnership, and the pursuit of solutions for every challenge. This new name and look align with the strategic changes we’re making to deliver enhanced customer experiences.”

In the coming months, International will integrate tools into a new digital platform called My International. This platform will offer customers a customized experience by consolidating all services—such as fleet management, service contracts, and financing—into one interface.

This transformation is part of a broader strategy that began in 2021. Milestones achieved during this period include the launch of the International S13 Integrated Powertrain, a suite of solutions for battery-electric vehicles, and the revival of financial services, which will now operate under the name International Financial.

The new International visual identity is now showcased across the company’s social media and website. The modernized logo, along with a refreshed color palette, typography, and iconography, draws inspiration from the movement and energy of roads—symbolizing the twists, turns, and steady progress in transportation. This updated branding will extend beyond vehicles to encompass all digital platforms and International’s dealer network.
